Where is the wedding taking place?
Brookshire Event Venue, 405 Greif Parkway Delaware, Ohio 43015. Brookshire is located in Delaware, Ohio, just north of Lewis Center/Polaris off of US route 23.

When does the ceremony begin?
The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm and will last roughly 20-30 minutes.

When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure plenty of time to get situated before the ceremony begins.

Where should I park?
There is ample free parking located at the venue parking lot directly in front of the building.

Is the reception at a separate location?
No. The entire evening will be held at Brookshire. A cocktail hour will follow the ceremony in the venue lobby prior to the start of the reception.

When will the reception end?
The reception will end at midnight – come ready to dance the night away!

What is the dress code?
We love an excuse to dress up! Formal attire is encouraged although not required. Most importantly – wear something you feel great in and come ready to have a good time!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and reception will be held indoors with outdoor access to the patio and fire pit.

How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP online by July 25th here. Please submit a separate form for all members of your party to ensure all guests are served the proper meal.

Can I bring my kids?
Of course! However, there will not be a babysitter provided. If you are hoping for a night off kid duty, you may want to consider leaving the little ones at home. If you are planning on bringing your children, please indicate them on your online RSVP.

Can I bring a date?
All invited adults are indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out here.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Yes. A hotel block has been reserved under Parfenchuk/Becker at Cambria Hotel Columbus. You can reserve a room here.

Will there be an open bar?
Yes.

Are you registered?
Your presence is gift enough!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, although we do ask that you refrain from using your devices during the ceremony.

Will last names be changing after the wedding?
What’s in a name? Rachel will keep her legal last name as Parfenchuk – wouldn’t want to confuse JP.
